The old baseball adage is you can never have enough "good" pitching, and with Zambrano, Lilly, Hill, Marquis, Dempster, Marshall, Hart, and Guzman, Mr. Hendry's statement of "We're trying to get as much volume as we can..." is indeed in play. Now, whether or not they're "good" is a whole other topic.
Some days, you hear a song, and you just can't get it out of your head. Some songs have such an unique sound that even twenty years later, the mention of one single word, "volume" can trigger something in your memory.
